Sunday, May 4, 2008 - CROP Hunger Walk - Santa Anita Race Track, Arcadia

The Annual Arcadia/Monrovia CROP Walk is an interfaith project of Church World Service (CWS) sponsored by Arcadia Interfaith Action Group. Individuals, organizations, schools, businesses, and congregations of various faiths will join together to walk and raise funds to fight hunger and poverty and to provide disaster relief in our neighborhood, our nation, and abroad.

25% of the funds raised by the CROP walkers remain in the community (Foothill Unity Center), assisting local hunger-fighting agencies selected in advance by the local volunteer planning team. 75% will go to designated world hunger missions.
